Working along side a practitioner, of your choosing or by my recommendation, you may opt to order blood work and certain tests to gain awareness of your current levels in relation to hormones, vitamin levels, inflammation and so on.
This offering does not include testing - but with or without testing, it's possible to begin all of the above and be successful in your efforts.
