ALEX TSUK – EMBRACE THE DISCOMFORT

    Full time residence of Bali, Alex shares the techniques he learned over the years in breathing. He is now on a personal mission to impact others with the ground breaking techniques that could help them live their life at their fullest potential. He believes that if we change our relation to ourselves then we can step up in the world, have better relations with others and mother earth. He trained with Wim Hof in Poland which transformed his life, overcame his struggle in depression, self-doubt, fatigue, anxiety, and fear.

    Science shows now that we can reprogram our subconscious by creating new healthy habits, understanding our limited beliefs. Empowering you knowing you can change your life and live it fully.

    “I am not good enough, I don’t deserve to be loved, to succeed…” - and turning them into positive mantras that repeated enough can create new circuits in the brain.

    The brain does not know the difference between the past, the present and the future so when you say to yourselves “God I am good looking”, that is what you will project. The challenge is to imprint it in your subconscious.

    That’s when a daily breathwork routine comes in. What Alex teaches is a practical set of tools to incorporate in your daily life to change your mind. Different breathing techniques including the Wim Hof method, extremities exposure and full cold or ice bath to experience fear and pain in a controlled environment. Fear and pain are just signals, up to you to decide what to do once you receive the signal.

    Alex’s intention through breathing cold is to empower you, so you wake up every morning knowing what to do to change your life and live it fully.
