I am truly in love with my food.

I appreciate, respect, honor and indulge in all of my meals  but I am truly full gratitude for my salads, especially. they are satiating, full of healthy fat, fiber and protein. 

* PSA: please don't be scared of a little fat. Fat feeds our brain and helps balance our hormones. 

My salads are gluten free, grain free, vegan


what you'll need:
arugula or super green mix
pumpkin seeds ( I like to toast mine)
jarred jalapeños 
hemp hearts
tahini (any flavor or kind will do)
truffle oil (if you're feeling kinky)
slices of roasted sweet potato 
diced cucumber 
squeeze of lemon juice
