GRAIN FREE GRANOLA, FOR YOUR ANTI-INFLAMMATORY BREAKFAST & SNACK NEEDS

Granola is the perfect topping on almost anything; fruit, yogurt, or surrounded by cold coconut water, am I right?

 

This recipe covers any grain free, vegan and gluten free criteria you or the family may have.

What you'll need: (ALL organic if you can)

 Sunflower seeds

Walnuts or pecans

coconut flakes

sunflower seed butter (or a nut butter of your choice)

pumpkin seeds

coconut oil

date syrup

 

Mix the desired amount of nuts & seeds into a bowl

I eyeball EVERYTHING in my kitchen but ...

3-4 tbsp coconut oil

2-3 tbsp nut or seed butter (I prefer sunflower seed butter as it's very low inflammatory compared to nuts)

2 tbsp or 2 squirts of date syrup 

mix everything together with your hands & spread evenly over parchment paper on an oven pan

BAKE for 12-15 minutes on 325 and let cool for 30 minutes
