OVERNIGHT SPIRULINA CHIA BOWL

This is jam packed full of omega 3's, fiber and protein

It will appease even your vegan, grain free, gluten free, no refined sugar or processed food, type of human.

What I use:

1 scoop KOS blue Spirulina 

2 tbsp chia seeds (organic if you can) I use Zen Basil

1/3 cup of coconut milk, add a dash of coconut water if you like

2 big scoops of coconut yogurt or any yogurt of choice - I use cocoyo or harmless harvest vanilla or unsweetened

optional: 1-2 tbsp of maple syrup*

Refrigerate overnight, and enjoy with fruit & coconut flakes

*I add fruit to mine so I find the maple syrup is not necessary but do you!
